Some items you ordered may appear to you, and certainly have appeared to us, as being on backorder.
This should not have happened, and items like standees only showed as in-stock due to an inventory system error.
While this is not normal, it may happen for some other items while the inventory system takes time to get settled and adjust.
Please don’t worry, though! If we can’t backorder your items, we’ll replace them or refund you for them!
We should be contacting anyone effects via email on Monday July 27th, 2026 about this issue to tomorrow to see what items we can offer as replacements.
